Who made the experience what it was. She interactive, attentive, friendly, and always positive throughout, makes it an easy decision to return!
Me and the girls came for a bottomless brunch at the Brindley Place branch in Birmingham. Our waitress Hallie was so attentive, friendly and on the ball and it just made our experience perfect! Had a great experience at Pitcher and Piano in Brindleyplace recently. The chicken schnitzel was spot on—crispy, well-seasoned, and really satisfying. What made the visit even better was the service from Caitlin. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s always nice when someone genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back!
We called in after the F1 experience and Hallie gave a warm welcome and explained the children had to be out by 7pm but we had plenty of time to dine. Hallie was lovely and made sure everything was okay with prompt, friendly service.

All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and all had a friendly and happy attitude. We sat downstairs outside next to the canal and the area was super clean, and it was nice that the ashtrays were cleaned and didn’t smell like some places. Our drinks came out almost instantly and the food came out shortly after. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and was well presented. I’d recommended you to family and friends before we even left our table! We will 1000% be returning!
